Program

Doors open at 5:30pm.

The spoken word feature show will take place in the lower level of the AGA in the Ledcor Theatre. It will begin soon after doors open after guests have a chance to browse around and get settled. You will need one of the FREE but limited tickets available at all times whenever seeking entry into the theatre. These will be available in the main atrium of the AGA after you enter at an info/registration table on a first come first serve basis. Volunteers will be available to guide you.

The main atrium and the second floor of the AGA will have the art gala on display at all times. Anyone who doesn’t get a seat inside the theatre can enjoy the spoken word show via a live feed into these spaces as they browse through the art show. If you’re a spoken word enthusiast though, nothing quite beats the atmosphere inside the packed theatre however so try to get yourself a seat! Guests can also sit in the foyer right outside of the theatre.

After the first portion of the spoken word show, guests can enjoy the art show which we’ve put together in the main atrium and the second floor of the AGA. This is your chance to mix and mingle, grab a drink, enjoy the art, and even meet the artists. Pay close attention because many door prizes will be awarded periodically during this period.

Afterwards, the spoken word finale portion of the show will begin again in the lower level.
After this finale is done, there is no other formal programming planned. However, we’ll have the venue for a while after this and the art gala will be on full display so feel free to browse around and connect with the community.
